On August 5, 2026, four young women professed their first vows as Salesian Sisters of St. John Bosco — Sr. Gloria Hoang, Sr. Michelle Rotter, Sr. Lisa Scarduzio, and Sr. Megan Zeugner. During the Mass, attended by many family and friends, each Sister received her crucifix and a copy of the Constitutions of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians. Sr. Lisa, reflecting on the first moments of the liturgy, remarked, "As soon as I stepped into our beautiful St. Joseph Chapel, my gaze went directly to the large crucifix behind the altar. I saw Jesus and I could not look anywhere else. In that moment, I was reminded of why I was saying “yes” to making the vows of chastity, poverty, and obedience. It was all because of love."
